PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The Philadelphia region is slated for flash flooding Monday morning, with temperatures on the chilly side.
FOX 29's Sue Serio reports that, after the rain ends, the risk of flooding continues. Drivers are warned to take their time during the morning commute.
Temperatures should pick back up to seasonal norms by mid-week.
