PHILADELPHIA - The high made it to 42 in Philadelphia with plenty of cloud cover, but late tonight into Wednesday morning breaks in the clouds will lead to full-fledged sunshine.
FOX 29's Kathy Orr says it will be cold tonight, with highs in the low 30s.

Wednesday’s high should only reach to the mid 40s, but the sunshine will make a big difference in the day.
The next storm system looks as if it could target the area next Tuesday, January 12.
The rest of the week should be cool, but sunny.
