PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - Dangerously cold temperatures, coupled with strong winds bring the coldest night to the region this season.
A Wind Chill Advisory will be in effect for the entire region from 11 p.m. Sunday through 1 p.m. Monday.
Residents should expect dangerously cold wind chills in the area Sunday night into Monday.

Monday's high is only expected to reach 16 degrees. Blustery winds will keep wind chills in the single digits.
