Bar offers unique drink special

Walker's Point, WI- A Wisconsin bar is offering a unique drink special for women willing to hold more than their liquor and the odd promotion involved a kinky twist.

"I mean, if you think it`s kinky - that`s on you," said bartender and co-manager Angela Rose.

But there`s no denying, the event known as 'Cardiac Arrest' is getting Sabbatic Bar a lot of free press.

"We`re an alternative bar so we couldn't`t do the norm," Rose explained.

For ten-dollars, woman can have all the alcohol they want as long as they remain handcuffed to the bar.
This ladies-night event was first reported on 'onmilwaukee. com' Monday and generated a lot of discussion.

Before you turn 50 shades of *red*, Sabbatic`s co-manager, Angela Rose, says she came up with the idea with a group of women who also work at the bar. They even recently installed metal pipes just to have something for ladies to latch on to.

Rose even gave a local news station a quick demo to squash any concern over this being a potential fire hazard.

"It will go right there - and then you can just break away. It`s very simple. It`s not any safety thing," she said.

According to Rose, when nature calls ladies will enviably break-free. She believes patrons will pace themselves. But she also says Sabbatic bartenders will be cutting women off who get too chained to the concept.

There`s no opposition from groups like Mothers Against Drunk Driving and local tavern groups who only stress to drink responsibly and have a designated driver.
