Drake visits 11-year-old at Chicago hospital after her 'KiKi Challenge' video went viral

A little girl's birthday wish came true after rapper Drake paid her a visit while she waits in the hospital for a heart transplant.

Sofia is a patient at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago. She's a huge fan of Drake and posted a video of herself doing the "Kiki Challenge," hoping the rapper would see. Her video quickly went viral and on Monday, Drake took the time out of his busy schedule to pay her a visit.

The rapper posted photos of Sofia and himself on his Instagram. He captioned the photo, "Me and my love Sofia talking about Bieber and Owls and Basketball."

Drake was in Chicago this weekend performing at the United Center.
