Krispy Kreme free doughnuts: How to get a dozen

Krispy Kreme said the first 500 guests who visit each participating shop in the U.S. on Nov. 13 can get a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts for free "to enjoy and share with others."

No purchase is necessary to get the free dozen, the chain said.

The deal is good for both in-shop and via the drive-thru at participating locations.

Krispy Kreme said it currently operates in 40 countries, "many of which will offer World Kindness Day gestures on Nov. 13."

"World Kindness Day is a reminder that we can all make a positive impact in people’s lives, including through small gestures like sharing a sweet treat," Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme’s global chief brand officer, said in a statement.

"We hope that each dozen Original Glazed doughnuts we give away enables and inspires many dozens of small acts of kindness," Skena added.
