Man shot in head and stomach, gunman on the loose

FRANKFORD (WTXF) - A man is in critical condition after he was shot in the head and the stomach.

SKYFOX was over the scene in the 5300 block of Charles Street, early Thursday afternoon.

Philadelphia police say the victim is a 20-year-old man and they took him to the hospital.

A weapon has not been recovered, and they're looking for a man driving a black SUV.
