Multi-vehicle crash on I-95 SB causes major backup

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - A multi-vehicle cash on I-95 southbound near Girard Avenue has resulted in major backup on the highway.

Officials say at least four cars were involved in the crash, which took place around 5 a.m.

FOX 29's Bob Kelly reports that the traffic jam is causing at least a 90-minute backup, urging commuters to take that personal day and stay home.

No further information has been released at this time.
