At least 15 displaced, multiple children injured in West Philly fire: PFD
PHILADELPHIA - Multiple people, including three children, have been hospitalized after a fire occurred at a row-home in West Philly Wednesday.
Fire officials are working to determine the cause of the fire.

The fire occurred on the 100 block of South 57th Street Wednesday afternoon.
Just after 1:30 p.m. firefighters arrived at the scene where heavy fire could be seen on the first floor of the two-story row home.
Fire officials say the fire spread to several other houses.
The fire department declared it an all-hands fire as more than 70 members reported to the scene and 22 fire apparatus.
One person was rescued by firefighters.
Fire officials say there were three children and one adult injured. The victims were treated at the scene and taken to the hospital.
They say 19 people have been displaced.
All victims have been treated for non-serious injuries.
What we don't know:
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
What they're saying:
"The fire did not spread all throughout those entire dwellings. mainly involved the porchfront areas that tend to be open in these neighborhoods a lot," said Philadelphia Fire Commissioner Jeffrey Thompson. "That wind just pushed across those open areas and spaces. so that we were basically chasing and trying to get ahead of this fire because of that wind pushing."
FOX 29's Steve Keeley spoke to one of the residents impacted by the large fire that took out the block of homes.
‘I love this block. I raised my kids on this block. I raised other people’s kids on this block," said Donna, a resident. "I just can’t believe all my hard work I put into this block is all up in smoke."
