NJ choir teacher accused of sexual assault of minor
Port Republic, NJ (WTXF) - New Jersey State Police say they have arrested a choir teacher for allegedly sexually assaulting an underage male student.
During the investigation, troopers discovered that 53-year-old Brian McSee was the victim's 7th and 8th grade choir teacher at Port Republic Elementary School, according to authorities. Police say he also served as choir director at the victim's parish, St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
McSee is accused of sexually assaulting the juvenile victim twice a week for the past three years. On Wednesday, December 13, McSee arrived at the station where he was arrested without incident.
Police say Brian McSee was charged with aggravated sexual assault, official misconduct, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
