Overcrowded Cumberland County SPCA pleads for help

The Cumberland County SPCA in Vineland, New Jersey is issuing a plea for help.

The shelter is dealing with an emergency situation, as all its kennels are full, and more dogs coming in daily.

That has the left the shelter trying to place the other dogs in the facility, who've been waiting for homes.

The Cumberland County SPCA is hoping local rescues and potential adopters will come to their aid.

The shelter opens Sunday at 11:00 a.m.. You can call them for more information (856)-691-1500.
