Philadelphia snow forecast: Winter blast arrives Monday morning

Snowing is starting to fall down the shore, and in Delaware, making its way to Philadelphia later Monday morning with several inches expected across the region.

The winter storm is expected to start in the morning and last throughout the day before tapering off during the afternoon. 

Forecasters expect near-or-below freezing temperatures over the next several days to preserve the snowfall.
