Police Arrest 26-Year-Old Suspect in Center City Slashings
CENTER CITY (WTXF) - Police have identified and arrested a 26-year-old man they say slashed multiple people on the street in Center City. Temple Police made the arrest.
A man who identified himself as the suspect, Kyle Stephens, was taken into custody Wednesday morning in connection with two stabbings that took place early Tuesday morning.
The first victim was jogging east bound on the 2300 block of Walnut street when the offender yelled something at him, according to police. Then the offender charged at him several times and began thrusting a three-inch blade him. When a witness appeared the offender ran off. The victim was treated at Hahneman Hospital.

In the second incident, about 15 minutes later, the victim was walking southbound on the 100 block of N. 21st street when the offender yelled and then cut the left side of his face with an unknown object. The victim was treated, also at Hahneman Hospital, and released.
