Police Seek Murder Suspect

PHILADELPHIA- WTXF - Philadelphia Police have identified a suspect in the early-January triple shooting that left one dead.

Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Ativa Jackson, 19, who is suspected of shooting three people on West Wishart Street on January 3.

According to the report, 47-year-old Richard DaVilla died in the shooting, while 21 year old Raul Rodriguez and an unnamed 17-year-old were both wounded.

Jackson is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information of Jackson's whereabouts, please contact the Homicide unit at 215-686-3334 / 3335 or call 911.

A of $20,000 reward is offered to anyone providing information leading to the suspect's arrest.
