Shooting victim found partially under pickup truck

TIOGA (WTXF) - Police are hoping surveillance video could give them clues after a man was found unconscious and partially under a parked pickup truck.

Authorities in the city's Tioga neighborhood pulled him out to find he'd been shot in the back and he was pronounced dead shortly after.

This was at about 4:30am near N. 16th and W. Pike streets.

Police say the victim, 26, may have been running from a gunman and he lived two blocks away from where his body was found.

Right now, police have no witnesses, motive, or description of the killer, but they're counting on surveillance video to help.
