Woman rescued after car flips over in Spruce Hill
PHILADELPHIA, PA (WTXF) - Philadelphia police are investigating an overnight incident that left a car flipped over, resting on its roof in Spruce Hill.
The incident took place at 42 nd and Spruce Streets just after 1 a.m.
Police say one woman was taken from the scene. No word yet on her condition.
Investigators are looking into the cause of the accident.
