Joe Calabrese is a digital journalist for FOX 5 New York, FOX 29 Philadelphia and FOX 5 DC.
Over his career, Joe has worked in several top media markets including Washington, D.C., Cleveland and, most recently, Los Angeles. A New Jersey native, Joe has now returned home to the East Coast.
Joe has covered several major breaking news stories, like the COVID-19 pandemic in rural Ohio, the Capitol Riot on Jan. 6, 2021, the deadly Southern California wildfires of 2025 and more. Joe enjoys covering a vast range of topics, including sports and politics, using his skills in data journalism, web development and interactive graphics to bolster his storytelling.
In addition to his day job, Joe teaches future journalists at his alma mater, the University of Southern California.
