Suspect in deadly I-95 crash had blood alcohol content twice over legal limit, sources say

Sources tell FOX 29 that a 21-year-old woman who was behind the wheel of a car that fatally struck two Pennsylvania state troopers and a civilian had a blood alcohol content two times over the legal limit. Authorities have not shared the name of the suspect and charges have not been announced.
