Wanted Philadelphia fugitive Nasir Grant taken into custody

Nasir Grant, 24, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals Thursday night in North Philadelphia. Agents say he was wearing 'female Muslim garb and a head covering' to avoid detection when he was captured during a surveillance operation.
