Deadly pedestrian crash in Port Richmond: Woman killed after carbon monoxide detected in home

One pedestrian was killed after they were struck by a vehicle in Port Richmond and one woman died while a man was hospitalized after a malfunctioning heater unit caused a high level of carbon monoxide in a home.
