Gov. Wolf issues mask mandate in Pennsylvania's K-12 schools

Masks will be required in all Pennsylvania public and private schools, as well as child care facilities, Gov. Tom Wolf announced on Tuesday afternoon. The announcement was a reversal in course for the governor who ruled out a statewide mask mandate for schools less than a month ago.
