Pro athletes show support for local 8-year-old battling a brain tumor
DOYLESTOWN, PA (WTXF) - He's front page news, and not just in Doylestown. Eight-year-old Dominic has the Eagles and other professional athletes pulling for him and praying for him.
Dominic is waging a war against a brain tumor, and doctors say it's a tumor that won't go away. This all started in March when Dominic's mom noticed that his arm just wasn't working right.
In just a few months, he's endured radiation and more, all of which he's handled like a pro.
After all, he's spent years watching his brother Charlo, who was born with a severe form of Spina Bifida, go in and out of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia himself.
The staff at Children's Hospital knows them very well, and Dominic is currently featured on their billboard.
For more information, check out Jenn's visit to Dominic's second grade classroom.
There will be a benefit for Dominic on June 26, for more information click here.
