Police: Man barges into laundromat's cashier's booth, steals money
WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A man walked into a West Philadelphia laundromat, peeked into the cashier's booth and then decided to help himself to the money. Now, police released pictures so you can help them catch him.
Police said it happened midday Friday at Kiet's Laundromat, at 48th and Spruce streets.
The thief looked inside the cashier's booth and then forced the door open.
While inside, he took money and ran away towards 49th Street.
He's described as between 5'6" and 5'8" tall, with a short beard, wearing a striped hat, oversized white shirt, and long patterned scarf.
